Zeta is an Autobird from the Angry Birds Transformers continuity family.
Dope female ninja bird

Zeta (not to be confused with a prime) is the icy leader of Eagle Island who planned to destroy Piggy Island and rebuild it as her paradise.

However, when she invaded the island, she also found the EggSpark, which transformed her into Nightbird.

After seeing what the Eggbots were doing to the island, she decided to use her newfound powers to help free the island from the cruel rule of the Eggbots, so she can invade it herself after they’re defeated.

Games

Angry Birds Transformers

As Nightbird

  • Squad: Specialists
  • Mission Type: ???
  • Unlock Type: ???

Nightbird is a forthcoming character who will likely be added in the next few weeks. As with every forthcoming character, the game already teases her by sometimes enabling the player to choose her as a buddy.

She shoots three explosive ice blocks at the target.

Even though The OG Nightbird is a Decepticon and Zeta is a bad bird, Zeta’s Nightbird is on the side of the Autobirds. Yeah, Rovio logic.

Notes

  • Zeta uses the same upper beak model as the Grimlocks.
    • On top of that, she uses the same voice clips as Stella, instead of a more accurate voice for her. Then again, they used Chef Pig's voice clips in Angry Birds 2 (the Game) to sound like her. Yeah, we're just going to ignore that.
  • The explosive ice blocks are a reference to The Angry Birds Movie 2, where Zeta launches giant balls of ice filled with lava to both Piggy Island and Bird Island in order to destroy them.
    • She was also the main antagonist of the film, despite the fact that she works along with the Flock, Rovio is being lazy at this point.
And those eyes look familiar
  • Fore some reason, the game has two different body-types for Zeta as Nightbird, as one of them looks like the cartoon model, while the other one (pictured) is using the same torso as the Minion Pig Seekers.
    • Rovio confirmed on Facebook that it is a glitch that occurs after upgrading Nightbird to level 15 and that they’re working on it.
