One arm is for eating. The other one is for doing number two

Apexus (エイペクサス Eipekusasu) is known as the 'vicious tiger of rage'. His motto is, "I will beat the rage of the vicious tiger into you!"

Presumably his teammates are really sick of hearing about vicious, rage-filled tigers by now.

Beast Wars: Uprising

Apexus was a special forces trooper in the Resistance. Along with Vertebreak and Razorbeast, he provided reinforcement for Lio Convoy, Ro-Tor, and Blackarachnia as they sieged the Grand Mal to bring down the Vehicon control center. When the commando unit located Galva Convoy, Apexus, Ro-Tor, and Razorbeast were sent to make a diversion so the leaders could confront him unmolested by too many Vehicons. The Resistance fighters did well against tremendous odds, but eventually Apexus was caught by a Vehicon. Before he could turn, Razorbeast shot his friend in the head before executing the Vehicon as well. Derailment
