Hotchkiss Gould Investments is a company which appears to be just your average company on the outside, with a vast collection of exotic cars, but conspiracy theorists have much to fear, as this company is secretly used to track down people involved in the American and Russian space programs, preserving the long-time secret the Moon holds on its surface. In fact, most of its members are also collaborators with the Decepticons.

When Sam Witwicky visited Carly at work, Dylan introduced himself and took Sam on a tour around the company building. Sam immediately disliked Dylan and the closeness he and Carly displayed, feeling further emasculated when he discovered Dylan was an Accuretta Systems board member and had set up the interview for him. After the Autobots exile from Earth, they started to shut down the company, with several Pillars being inserted inside a Decepticon SUV while Dylan took Carly to his helicopter, departing for Chicago.
