Hotchkiss Gould Investments was or wasn't shut down?

When Megatron's plan was set into motion, hide the secret on the moon's surface wasn't needed anymore so the company was shut down, later Simmons told Mearing that Dylan is behind all this, so there's no way for it to be re-opened ever again. If you don't believe me, ask Fanocoolstuff27 about this, since he's the one who updated this page to its current version, so he might know the correct answer. If it really was shut down, than undo it back to my version, but if it wasn't, than i'll stop updating it to have the saying that it was shut down.
