Burn Out (Diaclone)
| The name or term "Burnout" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Burnout (disambiguation). |
- Burn Out is a Diaclone mech from the Diaclone continuity family.

Burn Out is one of the results of the Diaclone project, a mech assigned to Dia that uses her personality as the basis of its AI. Unfortunately, since Dia herself is stoic, determined, and stubborn, the AI often clashes with Dia on the best course of action, which tires out the pilot more than actually piloting the mech. Her solution? Turn off the voice command function.
While on the small side of Diaclone mechs, Burn Out possesses an impressive array of weaponry, including pulse rifles and concussion levelers.

Crossing dimensions in pursuit of the Waruders, Lift-Ticket/Cline and Burn Out/Dia found themselves stranded on Axiom Nexus. Following a Waruder signal underground, the Diaclone team bumped into a group of Cybertron's most wanted criminals. Startled, they fled the scene. The groups reconvened as they both wound up within the Waruder hive. Joining forces with C-81's group, as well as General Optimus Prime and Sergeant Hound, they did their best to hold the insectoid invaders at bay. During the battle, Dia used her mech to great effectiveness, but begun to become overwhelmed when there appeared to be no end to the Waruder soldiers. Things took a turn for the worse when the Lift-Ticket mech took a serious blow, forcing Dia to use Burn Out to protect her now vulnerable teammate. Thankfully, the Waruders were led off-planet thanks to the collaborative efforts of everyone involved. Cybertron's Most Wanted
