During the 2050 Quintesson invasion of Earth, Abominus managed to separate Computron, Defensor, and Superion into their components with his Angolmois Energy attack. However, some of the Autobot combiners were able to recover by combining into Comperian. Abominus decided to fight fire with fire and stole Bruticus and Menasor's limbs to become Abomenaticus. The two combiners fought till Megatron Omega threatened to take all of Earth's Angolmois Energy, so Abominus reformed to use the full capability of the Terrorcons' Angolmois-manipulating nature and shifted his focus onto Megatron Omega. Notes
- Comperian and Autobot Super Scramble feature mostly the same components. The major difference is that Lightspeed is exclusive to the former while Nosecone takes his place in the latter, both serving as a leg. The limb assignments also change, with Air Raid changing between the left arm and right leg, while Blades changes between the left arm and left leg. Skydive maintains a position as the right arm in both combinations.
Toys
The Transformers

- Comperian
- Scattershot (Technobot, 1987/1988)
- Lightspeed (Technobot, 1987)
- Air Raid (Aerialbot, 1986, 1991)
- Skydive (Aerialbot, 1986, 1991)
- Blades (Protectobot, 1986)
- There hasn't been an official release of Comperian, but he can be created with the appropriate toys from the Technobots, Aerialbots, and Protectobots. Due to Scattershot forming the torso, Comperian features noticeable kibble at the back of his legs.
Unite Warriors
- Comperian
- As depicted in the Generations Selects Special Comic, Comperian can be assembled from the Unite Warriors versions of the relevant figures (though there's nothing stopping you from using the Combiner Wars figures sold in Hasbro's markets). As is artist Hayato Sakamoto's wont, the comic's artwork accurately depicts Comperian with mismatched hands and feet, due to members from different Combiner teams being involved in his formation.
Notes
- The name "Comperian" derives from "Computicon" (コンピューティコン Konpyūtikon), "Superion" (スペリオン Superion), and "Guardian" (ガーディアン Gādian). A Hasbro version employing "Defensor" might be something like "Compersor".
