Bools is a vampire field operative for Covert Vampiric Operations. He constantly makes wisecracks, possibly as a way to deal with the horrific nature of his job. He has pointy hair.

CVO: Covert Vampiric Operations

Bools was part of the CVO team dispatched to the Kirtland complex to deal with a flood of zombies coming through an inter-dimensional portal. When the whole operation went sour and Britt turned into a vampire/zombie under the control of the Undermind, Bools attempted to end things by exploding her head with a Warbot. Unfortunately it didn't work. Infestation #1 The Transformers: Infestation #2 He, Cross, and Benny escaped the complex before it was leveled by an airstrike, and returned to CVO Coffin HQ to put down a zombie invasion. Cross and Bools left Britt in CVO care and went to protect the President only for Britt to wake up and attempt to summon the Undermind. Bools held Benny so Cross could get bitten and save the world. Infestation #2

Some time later, Cross, Bools and Britt went to Cross Plains, Texas to deal with a giant multi-eyed worm. When more strange creatures started appearing worldwide, Bools was sent to San Francisco to deal with a giant blob of slime and ended up saving Oblivion leader Amanda Houellebecq from it. She had him take her to Coit Tower, where the last remaining part of H. P. Lovecraft was stored. Infestation 2 #1 Using Bools as a unwilling host, this Relic was brought to Texas, where Bools puked it out. With the Relic and Cross's artillica-heart, Amanda was able to close the Elder Gods' portal, but not being being dragged into it, to Bools's despair. He later watched at CVO headquarters as Cross woke up after having his heart ripped out. Infestation 2 #2
