- Two Heads are man-made Transformers from the Age of Extinction portion of the live-action film continuity family.
Built from the remains of the alien invader Shockwave, the "Two Heads" are man-made Transformers resembiling the cyclopian Decepticon but with an extra one-horned head and two normal arms.[1]

Several Two Heads were built by KSI. After Galvatron took over KSI, they were among the forces he sent to capture the Seed in Hong Kong in order to cyberform the Earth. Hound shot one of them in the face with his cigar, and another was taken out when Optimus Prime set off Lockdown's grenade to force the Decepticons to retreat. Age of Extinction
Notes
- According to the Two Head's blueprints, the left arm blade is the same as Shockwave's, having been recovered from Chicago.
- Shockwave's captivity in Transformers: Rising Storm #2 is referenced in said blueprints, as the "original alien data [was] recovered from Soviet military archives".
