Vincent Ropion

Vincent Ropion (b. January 16, 1962) is a French actor specialized in dubbing. He is very active in cartoon and anime dubbing, being for example the French voice of Ryô Saeba or Julian Storm in Ranma 1/2.
He is also the regular voice of actors such as Dominic Monaghan, Neil Patrick Harris, Garret Dillahunt and Roger Bart.
He dubbed Steve Buscemi three times.
