BotBots
Can't kill Optimus Prime if he never shows up in the first place!

Transformers: BotBots is an upcoming animated series currently in development. First announced on February 25, 2021 alongside Transformers: EarthSpark, the new series will be produced by Entertainment One and animated by Boulder Media Studio. The show is set to premiere on Netflix on March 25, 2022, with a first season of ten episodes; each one will include two 11-minute stories. A second batch of ten episodes will follow sometime in the future.

Storyline

When a shopping mall is struck by lightning from an energon cloud, the various ordinary objects within it are given life and become the race of tiny transforming robots known as BotBot. By day, they hide in plain sight, but by night, they emerge from hiding and get into all sorts of adventures. These tiny bots have organized themselves into squads based on their stores of origin, but some were left in the lost-and-found when the surge occurred and are treated as outcasts by the others. When these Lost Bots accidentally run afoul of the mall security guard, they must put aside their differences and band together to protect all of the BotBots from being exposed.
