- Charlie Chopper is an orange and white rescue chopper with electronic phrases: push down on his cockpit windshield to make him say one of a combination of phrases, which differ in robot mode and vehicle mode. He has an articulated right thumb which allows him to give you a thumbs up. He also includes a shield and a life preserver which can peg into the back of his fists.
- He was lightly redecoed by Takara and released in Japan as Chopper, and later more extensively redecoed by Hasbro as Airlift Andy.
