A dog is in danger, and only Bumblebee can save him!
Synopsis
[edit]While shopping for Optimus Prime, Bumblebee notices a bulldog is about to get run over by a crazed driver! Rushing to the rescue, Bumblebee shoots the car, causing it to block transform to Mega-Bumblebee, ejecting the driver and saving the dog. The driver is infuriated at this turn of events, but is terrified into apologizing by Mega-Bumblebee.
Bumblebee wants to keep the dog, but is unsure if Optimus will allow it. After coming up with a plan, Bumblebee asks Optimus if they can keep the huge Mega-Bumblebee, which Optimus flatly refuses. When asked about the much smaller dog, Optimus approves. In response to their success, Bumblebee and the dog exclaim in joy!

Notes
[edit]- While the prior comic showed Megatron needing a Key to Vector Sigma to make his Mega-Megatron, this comic just has Bumblebee zap the car with energy that has the same effect. From this point on, the ability to make Mega-versions out of vehicles is portrayed as a built-in Transformer Kreon ability.
Transformers references
[edit]- As this is an ad for the "Stealth Bumblebee" set, 'Bee appears in his Prime-styled Kreon form... though he has two hands most of the time, which the toy-Kreon in the set actually doesn't.
- Optimus, however, is still in his Generation 1-style Kreon form.
