Chun-Li
- Chun-Li is a human from Street Fighter.
Chun-Li (春麗 Chūn Lì) is the strongest woman in the world! An Interpol officer from China, she seeks to bring down the international criminal organization Shadaloo, especially its leader M. Bison. Though she's an accomplished markswoman, her claim to fame is a pair of legs with incredible strength. Her Hyakuretsukyaku can deliver dozens of kicks in mere seconds, while the Spinning Bird Kick turns her into a pummeling tornado. She's also learned to channel her chi to propel Kikoken fireballs from her palms.

Street Fighter II x Transformers toy bios
Chun-Li, Ryu, and Ken were in the midst of a battle with M. Bison in Thailand. When they were about to defeat him, a dimensional gate was open and Megatron emerged. The three were caught off guard, allowing Bison enough time to share his power with Megatron before the two escaped. Optimus Prime, Hot Rod, and Arcee also emerged from the gate and asked for the three fighters' help in stopping Megatron. They agreed, and Arcee scanned Chun-Li to learn her fighting techniques. Chun-Li also traded tips on Marksmanship with Arcee, who learned to increase the power of Chun-Li's techniques by fastening her swords to her legs. Street Fighter II × Transformers
- Available as part of the exclusive Street Fighter II × Transformers toyline, "Arcee [Chun-Li]" is a redeco of the running change variant of Thrilling 30 Deluxe Class Arcee in Chun-Li's traditional colors, fleshtones and all, transforming into a "futuristic" sports car. She is armed with two guns, and a pair of gold swords; each weapon features several universally-sized rectangular pegs that allow them to be tabbed into multiple matching ports in her fists, forearms, hips, shoulders, and the sides and rear of her car mode. Additionally, her two guns can store beneath her car mode.
- Arcee was only available in a two-pack with Hot Rodimus [Ken]. This set was available for pre-order on TakaraTomy Mall from November 22 to the 27, with orders fulfilled in late May of 2018. A pre-order goal was set as well: the first 3000 units pre-ordered would include a free clear display stand.
- This two-pack was later brought to the west in 2022 as part of the Transformers Collaborative line, released as a Target and Hasbro Pulse exclusive in the United States. It is currently unknown what differences there are between the two releases; the Hasbro versions likely have new manufacturing tampographs, at least.

- In its original packaging, the Arcee [Chun-Li] toy is posed performing a Spinning Bird Kick.
