Shoots lightning from one end, and babies from the other.

Tentakil's dual slime lasers have helped him defeat many an Autobot. But since Piranacon already has a more potent and way grosser slime gun, Tentakil has to settle for transforming into a double-barreled lightning rifle in Targetmaster mode that fires 50,000V bolts of electricity. Meanwhile, the Predacon Rampage carries a more powerful 60,000V lightning rifle, which must really tick Tentakil and Piranacon off.

Toys

The Transformers

The Transformers Rampage came with two black lightning rifles that he could wield in either mode. This toy was also available in a Predaking giftset that was reissued in 2004 and redecoed for further releases in 2010 and 2017.

The Transformers Tentakil could combine with his accessories to form a lighting rifle, according to his packaging bio. This toy was also available in a Piranacon giftset. The mold was redecoed and released without accessories as Scylla in 1998 as part of Japan's Beast Wars II toyline and was further redecoed to make Timelines Tentakil in 2008, whose bio changed up his Targetmaster mode to a Mass-Compression Cannon.

Action Master Shockwave's turbo rifle could combine with Fistfight to form a lightning gun according to his instructions, and a lightning rifle according to his packaging bio.

Notes

  • For some reason, Tentakil's AtoZ profile in the Marvel UK 1989 Transformers annual completely omits any mention of his third mode, instead describing it as another weapon he carries in robot mode.
