The Speedia 500 is threatened by the actions of the evil Scourge.
Synopsis
The evil Scourge, a result of scanning Optimus Prime, blasts through with his weaponry knocking Road Hauler aside. Clamp Down, who maintains the safety of the Speedia 500 track, follows with Miko Tezuka driving; the two set out to capture Scourge and stop his mischief. As the race reaches its end, Cosmos feels that he'll have to intervene with his flag gun if the race gets any wilder.
With all racers nearing the finish line, former champion Override of Velocitron takes the lead and ultimately wins! Scourge isn't too happy with the result, but Cosmos says there's more to come and it's time to start the race again!

Notes
- This comic lacks a title, and so we have elected to follow the pattern of the last issue.
- This comic was produced to promote the second wave of Legacy "VS500" toys that was exclusive to TakaraTomy Mall in Japan.
Transformers references
- Once again the crowd is composed of characters with a relationship to the racers or an association with Velocitron itself.
- The Decepticon Commandos from the 2001 Robots in Disguise franchise cheer on their commander Scourge. Notably, they are the Hasbro Robots in Disguise toys, altered colors and all, which get drawn in art media for the first time in 21 years.
- Hot Shot supports his mentor/rival Override from the Cybertron franchise.
- Deep Cover cheers on his brother Clampdown as per their original e-HOBBY bios.
- Blurr superfan Swerve is now joined by Tailgate and Rung, filling out the 2005 IDW continuity contingent.
- Road Rocket is supported by fellow student Road Pig in addition to their mentor Nightbird, as depicted in the Legends manga.
- Devastator is joined in cheering on Road Hauler by the even more obscure Constructicon, Buildmaster.
- Also seen milling about in the crowd are the occupants of the Titans Return "Chaos on Velocitron" box set. However, Laser Optimus Prime here is represented by the Legacy toy instead.
- Skywasp looms by Burnout and Dia's Diaclone comrade, Lift-Ticket, presumably in reference to Skywasp's original incarnation being a repurpose of Parasite, a Waruder mecha introduced in the same BotCon 2015 fiction that established both "Burnout" and "Lift-Ticket".
- The rest of the crowd is filled out by most of the standard retail Legacy figures, although Jhiaxus, Pointblank, and all Beast Wars characters are missing. Curiously, Blaster is present, despite not being released as part of Legacy by Takara due to being a package refresh.
