Phil LaMarr

Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. On screen, he is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the unfortunate young man known as Marvin whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off in Pulp Fiction, Gustavo Rocque's rival, Hawk, in Big Time Rush, and Malefic J'onzz, brother of J'onn J'onzz/Martian Manhunter, in the TV series Supergirl.
As a voice actor, LaMarr has played Hermes Conrad from Futurama, Baxter Stockman from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Green Lantern John Stewart from Justice League, Aquaman from Young Justice, Kotal Kahn and Geras from the Mortal Kombat series, the title characters of Samurai Jack and Static Shock, Wilt and Jackie Khones from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Scrap-Iron and Doc from G.I. Joe: Renegades, Vamp from Metal Gear Solid as well as Kevin Washington from Metal Gear Rising Revengance, Joe Robertson from The Spectacular Spider-Man and, uh, Ollie Williams, the BlaccuWeather Forecaster from Family Guy.
He and Matthew Yang King are the creators of the crowdfunded animated series, Goblins.
