T-SPARK

In 2024, TakaraTomy launched T-SPARK, a dedicated label to categorise all of their adult hobbyist products. In addition to the toys and merchandise released under the name, T-SPARK also came to be an umbrella term labelling much of TakaraTomy's collector-oriented output, including Transformers, Diaclone, and Zoids, and it came to be reflected in their online store branding and social media presence.
The five Sparks
T-SPARK launched with the announcement of five series, each designated from "Spark the First" through "Spark the Fifth".
Adamas Machina

Spark the First, Adamas Machina is a line of high-end articulated figures of TakaraTomy's mecha and robots making use of die-cast construction to simulate the materials the characters would be made out of. Rodimus at least augments the look with a metallic paint job and uses transformation as a gimmick, while the inaugural Zoids release, Berserk Führer, comes with light-up LEDs and optional armour parts. The first T-SPARK announcement video noted that Adamas Machina toys were brought to life by up-and-coming designers to breathe new life into the industry.

Realize Model
Spark the Second, Realize Model is a series of 1/100th scale plastic model kits of highly-articulated, gimmick-rich action figures. Its focus is so far on Zoids, beginning with Blade Liger, Geno Saurer, and Command Wolf, followed up by Hell Cat and Molga. Each kit incorporates elements from the various Zoids anime series, and the unified scale is used as a "collect 'em all" selling point.
Toyrise
Spark the Third, Toyrise (stylised as T🌀YR!SE) intends to "Bring WOW to your hobby toys!" by using years of design experience to create modern updates of toys from older lines – kind of like Generations but without the Transformers (so far?). Toyrise launched with a modernised incarnation of King Exkaiser from Brave Exkaiser; prototypes on display at Shizuoka Hobby Show in May 2024 included forays into other Brave incarnations with Genesic GaoGaiGar from The King of Braves GaoGaiGar and Braven from Brave Bang Bravern!. The other grey models consisted of the super deformed White Blose, Yellow Crusher, and Blue Braver from Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden; a six-inch scale action figure of the titular toku hero from Magic Bullet Chronicles Ryukendo; and figures of the Scopedog from Armored Trooper Votoms with customisable weapons loadouts.

Metamor Verse
Spark the Fifth, Metamor Verse once again saw TakaraTomy collaborate with Kotobukiya to create 1/10th scale figurines of Bishoujo Series-style interpretations of concepts from T-SPARK's IPs. Initial artwork shows cute girl gijinkas of Zoids' Blade Liger and Geno Saurer, with the promise of Transformers characters on the way.

In marketing

As a taxon for collector product, the T-SPARK name also saw use on the TakaraTomy Mall online store to categorise toys from outside the above six initiatives. In addition to toys from Diaclone Reboot and Zoids: Advanced Zi, the T-SPARK category also included a number of contemporary Transformers releases, including lines like Legacy: United, Generations Selects, MPG, Dramatic Capture Series, Missing Link, 40th Selection, and items such as Bingo Sports Optimus Prime, VNR Optimus Prime, and Robosen Megatron. When exhibited at hobby shows, toys from these lines are often showcased with T-SPARK branding.
TakaraTomy's hobbyist social media channels also adopted the T-SPARK branding, most notably the former TAKARATOMYHOBBY YouTube channel. The rebrand coincided with the introduction of TakaraTomy's official rantsonas pngtubers promotional ambassadors in the form of moe anthropomorphised brand mascots brought to life with voice acting and limited animation. These include Hobbyko (representing TakaraTomy itself), Zoiko (Zoids), and Torako (Transformers); though the former two predate T-SPARK's announcement by a month, their inclusion in videos increased afterwards.
