Real-World refs

I find both of these highly questionable. The mine-chase is only "similar" in that it involves a mine, and the "infection/bust-down door" could be from any number of zombie movies, shows, whatever. Vague similarity does not a reference make. --M Sipher 20:47, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Decepticon Symbol

  • Wait, at the end of the episode, Megatron's body has the Decepticon symbol completely visible when Isaac Sumdac discovers it. Shouldn't he be able to recognize the logo, considering he was held captive by Starscream in the first episode? --155.33.129.146 01:10, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
The same reason he thinks Megatron is a good guy after the rampage of the Dinobots, the theft of the speed suit, and the rebellion of Soundwave: he's not the most observant guy on the planet. -- SFH 01:18, 23 March 2008 (UTC)

I guess that when some evil robot wants to kill you, you just don't think about paying attention to his FANCY WING SYMBOLS. -- SonicBoom

Sumdac knows how the autobot symbol looks like at least, so it's odd that even IF he ignored starscream's symbols, he would have thought that it's odd that magatron has a different insignia on him then the Autobots.--Grand-majin 21:06, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

For all Sumdac knows, the symbols might be no more meaningful than hood ornaments. He might think the Autobots are all the Cybertronian equivalent of Volkswagens, while Megatron is an Audi. JW 21:14, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Tom Kenny the Space Barnacle

Is there any particular reason why "space barnacles" links to Tom Kenny?Thatother1dude 18:05, 23 March 2008 (UTC)

The Spongebob connection.--RosicrucianTalk 18:12, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
It couldn't be more obvious unless it was space sponges.--Dynamus Prime 19:18, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
I sort of guessed that, but thought there might be somethine besides thatThatother1dude 05:22, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

"Implies" a connection?

The episode strongly implies a connection between the space barnacle creature, and Megatron's body, Um... now, I only watched this ep once so far, but... wasn't it really blatantly clear that the barnacle creature WAS mostly composed of Megatron's body?? -- Repowers 23:41, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

I've only watched it once so far, too, but it wasn't clear to me. When Bee is looking down at the critter's body, is it clearly Megatron-ish? JW 01:24, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
You can even see Megatron's feet in the screenshots we've got of the creature. It's rather obvious once it's hammered home by the Decepticon symbol.--RosicrucianTalk 02:44, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

The Synopsis

The page seems a little awkward without one. Any takers?

I would, but I suck at creating.--Kapu37
