The plan required something that felt no pity. No pain. No fear. Something unstoppable.

What looks to be an agent of G.H.O.S.T. could very well be one of the Ghoids, robotic troopers created by Mandroid and under the command of Executive Agent Karen Croft. Possessing superhuman strength and reflexes almost on par with Cybertronians, Croft intends to use them as a personal army to protect Earth from the Cybertronian threat...by conquering Cybertron itself.

Upon discovering the rogue Autobot Bumblebee infiltrating G.H.O.S.T. HQ, Croft deployed one of the Ghoids, dressed as an armored G.H.O.S.T. Agent, to dispose of him. Bumblebee clashed with the Ghoid, eventually knocking its helmet off and revealing its true face. Bumblebee continued to fight it, as Croft ordered several more Ghoids to attack. The Ghoids managed to pin Bumblebee, but he was quickly rescued by the arrival of Robby Malto, Nightshade, Twitch, Thrash, and Jon Schloder. Robby and the Terrans managed to escape, but the Ghoids captured Bumblebee and Schloder. Stowed Away, Stowaways

After the fight, several Ghoids disposed of their deactivated brethren, and were present when Mandroid used Croft's reconstructed spacebridge to depart for parts unknown. Later, several squads of Ghoids led by Croft surrounded the Malto farm in an effort to apprehend the Terrans, but faced resistance from the Malto family and their newfound ally Shockwave. The family was soon joined by Optimus Prime, Megatron, and the rest of the Autobots, with the Ghoids being quickly disposed of, forcing Croft to use her new weapon to bring the Autobots under control. The remaining Ghoids recovered and restrained Shockwave before preparing to apprehend the Maltos, but were interrupted by the return of Mandroid. The Battle of Witwicky

Over a year later, when the remains of the G.H.O.S.T. base were finally being disposed of, several truckloads of Ghoids were unintentionally reactivated on their trip to the recycling center. They were swiftly and soundly defeated by the Maltos. Control Alt Delete
