Harda Billy

Harda Billy (born April 25, 19??) is an Indonesian voice actor, voice director, dubbing operator, and mixing engineer.
As a voice actor, he is best known for his roles as Dopey in Snow White, Garfield in The Garfield Show, Jinmenken in Yo-kai Watch, Piccolo in Dragon Ball Z, Rath in Mummies Alive!, Taisho in The Secret of Akko-chan, Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece, and Tentomon in Digimon Adventure.
As a voice director, he notably directed the dubs of Shazam! and Gigantosaurus.
