Sérgio Fortuna

Sérgio Fortuna (born May 22, 1951) is a Brazilian voice actor. His most well known voice works are as Dr. Facilier in The Princess and the Frog, Santa Claus in Rise of the Guardians, Tai Lung in Kung Fu Panda, Ted in Flushed Away, and Master Chief in the Halo video-game series.
