A handroid is a personal companion artificial intelligence device developed by the Agorrians. It is worn as a gauntlet and can act independently to assist its user.

Fiction

Energon Universe

The Agorrian Darak made use of a handroid in his affairs. His life was saved by the handroid when he crash-landed on an unknown world, with the handroid crawling toward a nearby medpac and injecting Darak with it of its own volition. When he encountered the Zertonian Solila, the handroid repeatedly warned him of the sacred decrees he was breaking in the name of survival, including but not limited to not subduing her on sight and removing his flight armor in front of her. Void Rivals #1 However, the Handroid co-operated with Darak’s commands, though reluctantly, helping him calculate their return to the sacred ring. Void Rivals #2 After Solilia double-crossed Darak and knocked him unconscious, his handroid attempted to fight back. When Darak reawakened and was captured, it tried to encourage him. Void Rivals #4 The Zertonians attacking springer had handroids, one assisted in strategic timing. Void Rivals #11 Darkak gave his handroid over to Solilia to assist on her mission. Void Rivals #12 It helped her track her way through the inside of the Sacred ring. Meanwhile, Darak acquired a new handroid Void Rivals #14
