It's Christmas for the Autobots! But will the Decepticons ruin their holiday plans?
Synopsis
[edit]The Autobots are having a Christmas party! Arcee prepares drinks, Jazz takes charge of the entertainment, Perceptor and Ratchet make decorations, Wheeljack sneaks a suspiciously alive-looking present into the gift pile, Elita One and Prowl bake cookies, and Grimlock serves as the waiter. Optimus Prime is happy the Autobots are so excited for the holidays, which naturally means Megatron and his Decepticons promptly show up to wreck the party. Optimus tries to talk Megatron down by mentioning Santa Claus won't visit him if he keeps being naughty, but Megatron is having none of it and opens fire on the Autobots. Disappointed that Megatron insists on hurting others even on Christmas day, Optimus rallies his troops to fight back! The Decepticons are soon defeated and disarmed, tied up on the Christmas tree to serve as ornaments so they can reflect on their actions while the Autobots party.
The Decepticons are in an understandably foul mood as the Autobots exchange their presents, but Megatron suddenly finds himself untied – Optimus offers him an Energon drink and suggests the two factions stop fighting on Christmas at least. After a tense pause Megatron begrudgingly accepts, calling a truce just for one day. Soon the Autobots and Decepticons are mingling peacefully together and enjoying the holiday festivities to the fullest... all except Starscream, who remains tied up on the tree even as he screams to be let down!

Transformers references
[edit]- Grimlock sports a smart bow tie and apron while preparing and serving Christmas drinks, a callback to the time he played waiter in the Generation 1 cartoon episode "Madman's Paradise," perhaps most memorable for the getup's inclusion with his first Masterpiece toy.
- Wheeljack gifts Ironhide a presumably-homemade live mechanimal whose protruding claw bears a striking resemblance to Grimlock's own, a callback to Wheeljack's role as the Dinobots' creator in the Generation 1 cartoon episode "S.O.S. Dinobots." A possible Slash cameo? Perhaps time will tell.
