Thomas James Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American voice actor, actor and stand-up comedian. From the stand-up side, he is known for his Comedy Central special as well as his prominent role on Mr. Show.

On the voice-acting side, he gets a lot of work. Some of Kenny's better known roles include the eponymous character from SpongeBob SquarePants, Dog from CatDog (opposite Jim Cummings), The Penguin from The Batman and the English dub of Batman: Ninja, the mayor and narrator from both the original and reboot versions of The Powerpuff Girls, the Ice King from Adventure Time, and Scaramouche from Samurai Jack. He is also the current official voice of Rabbit from the Winnie the Pooh franchise, taking over from the late Ken Sansom.

On-camera, Kenny has played Patchy The Pirate on segments of SpongeBob SquarePants, and very early on in his career, he played the villainous Binky The Clown (not to be confused with the Garfield character of the same name) in Bobcat Goldthwait's cult comedy Shakes The Clown. You may also remember him and his wife, Jill Talley, as the protagonists of The Smashing Pumpkins' "[[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Tonight, Tonight (The Smashing Pumpkins song)|{{#if:Tonight, Tonight|Tonight, Tonight|Tonight, Tonight (The Smashing Pumpkins song)}}]]" music video.

• "SpongeBob" is in Microsoft Office's spell-check lexicon, yet "Starscream" is not. Discuss.
• Bill Fagerbakke, who voices SpongeBob's best friend Patrick Star in SpongeBob SquarePants (as well as being Kenny's real-life best friend), also voices Bulkhead in the Transformers Animated continuity. Small, hilarious-sounding world.
• In an interview, Derrick J. Wyatt revealed that during "Weird Al" Yankovic's recording session for Animated, Kenny wasn't scheduled to show up, but came anyway just so he could introduce his son to Weird Al. D'awwwwww.
• In an interview with Double Toasted in late 2020, Kenny revealed that he was originally hired as a placeholder voice for Skids before being kept by director Michael Bay in the final product.
