I rather got the impression that Autobot Academy bypasses boot camp entirely, and is more akin to ROTC, the Naval Academy, etc.--Rosicrucian^Talk 17:01, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

mmmm, personally, seems more like the first steeping stone, with a few graduates going on the Academy. But it's all just theory I suppose. User:GWolfv2 18.16 June 4th 2008

Well I'm also judging this by Ratchet. Ratchet has a very typical NCO attitude in his Great War days, and there does seem to be a line between the enlisted and the officers the Academy churns out.
