Thanks for not disappointing me Sipher!

Not relevant to the content of this article- but I'm volunteering that 6 minutes after I saved this page to go drive home, I stepped out of the school lab I was in for 90 seconds to see if I left a marker in a classroom- and my laptop was stolen!

So if I'm less-than-timely in polishing this article? That's why. -Derik

I don't want to kick a guy when he's down (sorry to hear about your laptop, man; that sucks), but I really don't think this article should exist. I put it to the jury that a) all the relevant information is in the virus article anyway, and b) the existence of a "Devolving gas" article gives unfair credence to the debatable idea that the gas is fundamentally separate from the virus and possessed of its own powers. I think the virus article as currently written presents things more even-handedly. - Jackpot 02:23, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Is there somewhere on the Wiki where all the facts of the virus and gas are laid out clearly? Ie, it's green, it was blasted to the surface from space, something similar was used against Primal's team, it seems to have infected Botanica even without her being attacked with the canisters, there's a counter-virus which is a transformation enhancer, etc...? -- Repowers 03:03, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
...I guess that would be the very page you were defending. Never mind. Yeah, the virus page does seem to cover all the bases. -- Repowers 03:09, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

While I still think the Virus and the Devolving gas are different things- (since the virus is airborne and re-dosing is apparently unnecessary,) the Ultimate Guide has some little retconny references that explicitly state the canisters contained the virus, which means devolving must be one of it's functions.

I'm markign this article for deletion and moving the virus page to it's name from the Ultiamge guide. -Derik 08:59, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

well, I think it should be kept. 07PHamson
