Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers: Operation Combination (story page)
The Operation Combination story pages ran in the pages of TV Magazine throughout 1992. Unlike Zone or Return of Convoy, the Operation Combination story pages were not supplemented by any additional animation or manga, telling the entirety of the story on its own. These story pages also mark the last vintage Japanese Generation 1 fiction, with the series being cancelled afterward, not to be revived until 1995 with Generation 2.
The story was written by Masumi Kaneda and the pages were drawn by Ban Magami.
