Talk:Tomb of the Primes
From MediaWiki
AllSpark / All Spark=
I know we settled on "Sll Spark" for the movie back when there were 16 dferent spellings being ued, but the sequel's material seems to consistently use AllSpark. -Derik 10:36, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- The adaptation comic uses All Spark and the novel uses Allspark. I think it must be a Cybertronian word that was never meant to be written in English. - Starfield 10:46, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Derik, did you even investigate where a link named AllSpark would send you to? The reason I enforce a rule of using All Spark exclusively for movie articles is All Spark links to the Movie All Spark cube. AllSpark (as linked earlier in this page) sends you to a disambiguation page. --FFN 11:26, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Right, and i think "All Spark" should be moved to "AllSpark (Movie)." -Derik 12:21, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
Spoiler treatment
Blacking out whole articles is... extremely dumb. Why aren't we using our existing spoiler template?--RosicrucianTalk 11:18, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Because the movie isn't out yet in the USA presumably. Someone couldn't wait 13 more hours. - Starfield 11:29, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Regardless it's the ugliest spoiler treatment we could have gone for, and I don't understand why our normal spoiler tag is somehow insufficient. I mean, this is ridiculous. The Tomb of the Primes is something that was in both the novelization and the comic adaptation. There's no reason to have the whole article be a block of blacked-out text.--RosicrucianTalk 11:32, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Sorry, my fault. I've seem to have gotten a wee bit paranoid lately... ¬_¬;;; --Lonegamer78 11:35, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
- Because for episodes, you can reasonably assume that most fans have seen it 24 hours after it premiered, no matter where they live.
- That doesn't apply for movies. Also, AFAIK, there are still a few major spoilers that haven't dropped yet. -Derik 11:38, 23 June 2009 (EDT)

Sorry, I didn't know that there was a blackout on RotF articles or information, I just assumed that a spoiler tag on the top would suffice. Will refrain from adding anymore until after its out in the US. Straxus 15:44, 23 June 2009 (EDT)
