Use this template at the top of an article for special cases where there are two or more concepts with the same name within a single continuity family and there are also three or more uses for the term in general.
This template accepts four arguments as follows:
- {{Disambig3.5|this article's topic| the other article's topic|the other article's name|the "root" word for the disambiguation page}}
As a concrete example, on the page for Shattered Glass Optimus Prime:
- {{Disambig3.5|the evil Autobot leader|the original heroic Autobot leader|Optimus Prime (G1)|Optimus Prime}}.
Another example, on the page for Movie Jetfire:
- {{Disambig3.5|the non-screen card/puzzle thing from the '07 movie|the on-screen Revenge of the Fallen character|Jetfire (ROTF)|Jetfire}}.
