After the defeat of the Decepticons on Earth in the Masterforce war, Victory became the headquarters of the Galactic Defense Force, the army of the Galactic Peace Alliance.

Victory is commonly known as Planet V, but it is almost never referred to by its full name

Star Saber was appointed Autobot Supreme Commander several years before 2025, and thus became the head of the Galactic Defense Force, stationed on Planet V. Ginrai Dies!!
