I think we could stand to write a longer synopsis

The spreading black hole threatens the galaxy, but there is still hope: Transformers from across the galaxy have banded together to put a stop to the disaster, and deal with Galvatron. Unfortunately, Galvatron still possesses the Omega Lock and the Cyber Planet Keys, and using their power to grow his allies to tremendous sizes, the alliance is quickly routed.

Elsewhere, however, Optimus Prime and various representatives of the planets - including, to his surprise, Coby, Bud and Lori—learn of Galvatron's intentions from Primus and prepare to take back the Keys or die trying. Confronted by the heroes, Galvatron proceeds to give himself a power boost, gloating about his plans to end the universe, and then, as the sole survivor, to recreate everything as he sees fit.

Incredibly, they prove to be more than he had bargained for, and despite a desperate gambit by Galvatron to scatter them, the Keys are saved. Primus' Spark is restored, and channeling his power through the Ark, he unleashes a massive energy beam on the black hole, destroying it and saving the universe.

There is much rejoicing among Transformer and human alike as Cybertron is reborn, the Transformers prepare to return home, and the kids are reunited with their families.

Quotes

"Uh-oh."

Notes

Differences with Galaxy Force

  • During the scene where all five leaders cuts loose against Galvatron, each has a differing quip during their Cyber Key Power stock footage in Cybertron with a different background music track. In contrast, Galaxy Force keeps their Force Chip Ignition call outs.
  • Cybertron has the planet representatives and the kids talking with actual lines when they're retrieving the Keys and the Omega Lock, whereas none speak anything in Galaxy Force until all that's left to get back is the Omega Lock.
  • Various line changes from Galaxy Force during the following sequences once all five artifacts are in hand, aside from change in background music at certain points: NONE of the kids mention the Omega Frequency as they have no speaking lines; Primus doesn't say that his spark's restored once said artifacts are plugged in; Landmine's quipping the size of the Ark as a "big shooter" in Cybertron replaces Primus' warning them to clear a path in GF; Thundercracker asks whether it was something he said, compared to his line of wondering why they're retreating in GF; once the Unicron Singularity is gone, it's the narrator who voices over the changes to Cybertron (the planet), instead of lines from Optimus in Cybertron (the show).
