Tasmania Kid is a Cybertron from the Beast Era.

Tasmania Kid turns into what is allegedly a Tasmanian Devil. In fact, he may actually transform into the Looney Tunes character of the same name, as his beast mode is pretty fucking weird-looking. He once helped put out a forest fire by going wee-wee on it.
