Seafood Louis

Seafood Louis is a dish consisting of artificial crab flakes mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings and is very delicious. It was served at the following convention dinners:

• BotCon 2000
• BotCon 2002
• Iacon One

Seafood Louis is apparently a popular item on the menu at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.
