• Due to the great similarity between this incarnation of Cyclonus and his Universe counterpart, Hasbro announced that it will not be designing an Animated version of the toy.

No, it means that Hasbro generally has declined to make an Animated figure compete against a Universe counterpart, and vice versa.--Rosicrucian^Talk 17:15, 23 November 2009 (EST)
