Is there a reason you've changed naming conventions midstream after moving dozens of articles to what was up until your moving of The War Within's issues a consistent system?--Rosicrucian 00:21, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, I screwed up at first, sorry. "Part" or "issue" is not part of the actual title. I will go back and fix, but I definitely think that for the parts of a miniseries, each issue should be the miniseries title, followed by the "part" in parentheses. Reason being, "part", "issue" or "number" is arbitrary and again, not part of the official title. --MistaTee 00:32, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
If that's the case, I think you could probably convince Walky or Suki to have a mass bot edit to get everything in the proper format. Bots can do moves faster than we can (and thus faster than I can revert these :P) because user edits/moves are throttled in rate.--Rosicrucian 00:34, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

On articles and the moving thereof

Please use the move tool when moving a page instead of copy/pasting the article. That way, the page's edit history is preserved. If you are unable to move the page due to another page being at the new location let either ItsWalky or Suki Brits know, and they'll get it moved. --FortMax 20:09, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

I understand you're probably impatient to get all the comic issues named consistently, but I really wish you hadn't done another batch of moves considering there was no consensus reached yet in the discussion on the community portal talk page. If you want to get things rolling, make a fuss there to draw attention and get more opinions. Don't just move pages around; it's quite possible we're just going to have to move them again, and there is no reason to make all that extra work. --Steve-o 23:11, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

Hearts of Steel

Some of the "corrections" you're making to the Hearts of Steel articles are actually wrong. For example, if you look in the TPB, you will see that it's "Insectrain", not "Insectitrain". Also, the weird spelling of "eklectrical" was exactly the way it appears in the comic.

Character box name listing

Hi, why did you list the names in the character box alphabetically? We only do the listing alphabetically if we have no intention of noting their order of appearance (like in the Movie article). As it stands, listing the names alphabetically forces one to search for the number rather than seeing who appeared in what order in a logical manner. --FFN 01:09, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

Factions and history

Actually, unless I'm mistaken Jhiaxus and Nova Prime just predate the Decepticons, not the Autobots. The Prime, as well as the government of Cybertron, are all Autobots to my knowledge. That seems to be how IDW is playing it.--RosicrucianTalk 06:24, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Take a look at the Galvatron Spotlight. I don't have it in front of me, but he said something like "before factions" referring to the time when he, Nova and Jhiaxus disappeared on the Ark-1. So none of the Dead Universe folks would be aligned with any faction. --MistaTee 15:31, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm mainly judging by the fact that we've termed Nova Prime an Autobot on this wiki, and have had a few edits keeping that the case. Bear in mind that being "before factions" could easily just mean that Galvatron predates the Cybertronian civil war, and thus existed when the Autobots were the dominant (and perhaps only) faction.--RosicrucianTalk 15:50, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Comic image upload credits

Regarding those covers you've uploaded: According to our current image standards, we've stopped saying 'art by' (insert name of penciller), since it disregards the work of the inkers and colourists. We now list all known artists individually, and we don't know who inked it or who coloured it, we leave a question mark so that one day it may be filled. This applies even if the issues themselves say 'Art by'. Lately I've been using this template as created by Jackpot.

WFC

I've checked. Four times. It's Starscream. Skywarp never appears in the trailer. It's just dark lighting. User:Eire

I don't think it's Starscream, I think it's Skywarp- he's gray and purple, which is not SS's colourscheme in WfC. User:Cyberduck
