OK, it is kind of a gray area in some continuities. I tried to account for that with the "spacefaring abilities that set them apart from their peers" part. Usually it is pretty clear who is specialized for space, although writers don't always pay attention. Animated Blurr ran interstellar distances, but I think that is some kind of creative license. For the category, I was only going to pick characters described as having space-related abilities in bios and such.
