"license" is my Kryptonite. It's a word I mispell in different ways every time I try it. That and "occur".—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Derik (talk • contribs).

Toy photos
[edit]I asked this on various boards before... but ar we sure that toy photos are solely copyrighted to the photographer? Don't they fall under "two-dimensional replications of copyrighted three-dimensional designs" or somesuch, an thus are derivate works of Hasbro-owned designs?--Nevermore 11:21, 15 August 2010 (EDT)
