I notice the Omega Lock and Cyber Planet Keys haven't been mentioned, as sacred implements or even "potential" ones. However, while it may not be mentioned in WOTF (I gather) it's got a great deal in common with them. It's the life-force of Primus like the Creation Matrix, it was used for cyberforming, can grant upgrades or restore critically damaged bots... we've not seen it turn inanimate machines into living ones, but that's about the only thing it hasn't done that the items on this list can do.
