Toshiro Ishii

Toshio Ishii (石井 敏郎 Ishii Toshio) is a Japanese voice actor born January 31, 1933 in Tokyo. He has dubbed many foreign films and shows such as Disney's Alice in Wonderland and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Aside from voice acting, he is fluent in Chinese, and has been hired by the Chinese government to ease communications between China and Japan.
