Sucks to be him.

"Sentinel Supreme" seems to die often. Not much is known about him, except that he's dead, and appears to convert into some sort of robotic feline or a similar beast mode.

Long ago, Sentinel Supreme (or a similar looking guy) appears as a dead green and purple Decepticon. 'Bots of Science

He appears again as an orange Autobot. Once again, he's dead. First (and Second) in Flight

• Sentinel Supreme was named by Boo after he posted his character model.[1]
• It's possible that he has not actually appeared twice, and that it's actually two different characters with similar body types, akin to Bumblebee, Wasp, and everyone else who looks like them. However, this was not his creator's intention.
• Despite his name, he doesn't appear to be an Omega Sentinel.
