TV-Loonland

TV-Loonland is a German brand management company. In 2000, Loonland acquired Sunbow Productions from Sony Wonder and subsequently became the master license holder of several Hasbro television series, including The Transformers and G.I. Joe , as well as the Japanese Transformers spin-off series The Headmasters, Super-God Masterforce and Victory. Soon afterwards, Loonland purchased UK DVD distributor Metrodome.
On May 14, 2008, it was reported that Hasbro had reacquired the worldwide distribution rights of several television series featuring their characters from TV-Loonland for a total $7 Million USD.[1]
As of 2010, TV-Loonland appear to be in severe financial trouble.
