The Wall of Fame is a memorial in the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

This was probably Prowl's idea somehow.

In the darkest period of the Autobot-Decepticon war, the Autobots were reduced to living in underground bunkers, serving under Perceptor of all people! So was constructed the Wall of Fame, to lift the spirits of and inspire the Autobot resistance... while being small enough to fit in an underground bunker, and not taking up a lot of space.

(It is possibly the tackiest memorial ever created.)

Perceptor used the shining example of the fallen Autobots on the Wall of Fame, including Optimus Prime to inspire Blaster into understanding that their missing comrade Scrounge was a useless drain on resources and should not be rescued from the Decepticons, just like Prime would have wanted.
