.......Why is this not part of Bumblebee (G1)? - Jackpot 14:52, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

When the articles reach a certain length, and the toy and character parts are both quite long the Powers That Be decide to spin them off into seperate pages. G1 Megatron and Prime are the same way. Walky must have decided BB had reached the threshhold as well. --ZacWilliam 15:05, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

As Derik says below, it gives you a warning once the page gets too big. Bumblebee's page said it was too big. So, as per wiki custom, part of it was split off. --ItsWalky 15:55, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
Which makes sense for editing, but why isn't it one article for viewing? -Derik 17:22, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

I feel I should point out- Wikimedia gives uou a WARNIGN when the article does over a certain length, that it may impede editing because some browsers don't liek text boxes with more than 35km of text in them.

To repeat- editing. There's really no reason for viewing we couldn't just make the toy section an include. {{:Bumblebee (G1) toys}} so all of bumblebee's article displays on one page. When you click the edit-subsection button it takes you tot he right page to edit anyway. -Derik 15:31, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

Splitting releases

Something that this page needs, which we've done with other pages, is to split up some of the "this toy was later released in this multi-pack", like the keychain Bumblebees, the TF Collection release, etc. Other pages, multi-packs are their own entries, and with the anchor templates, can be easily linked to within the article. I don't have all the info I'd need on me right now to do this (like the Japanese Legends pack info) and I really shouldn't be doing this much work at work, but if anyone else has the stuff on-hand, beauty.
And just to reiterate, when a pic is on the right side of the page, we can nudge it up above the bullet-points to save some vertical space should the text be a bit short. --M Sipher 15:04, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Classics/Henkei car type

Peugeot 206 seems close enough? *shrugs* Just a suggestion. --Lonegamer78 20:09, 24 March 2009 (EDT)

Periods of activity?

What's with that "Periods of activity" part of Bumblebee's Generation 1 toys section? First I'm seeing it, and to be frank it doesn't look especially good or purposeful. --Detour 17:21, 28 September 2009 (EDT)

I proposed it quite a while back and, hearing no objection, added them in for G1 Bumblebee, Jazz, Grimlock, Prime, and Starscream. Basically the G1 guys who went through multiple bodies through fiction. I think it is useful to acknowledge somewhere that those characters have different toy-based bodies through the run of fiction. - Starfield 17:33, 28 September 2009 (EDT)

2010 Goldbug

In which Q&A was this comfirmed? I dont remember seeing it mentiond anywhere?--Fredbob 23:48, 19 August 2010 (EDT)

It might be a convention Q&A - the anon who added it didn't really specify, but with a bunch of cons on around this time, it's most likely. --abates 00:31, 20 August 2010 (EDT)

Lego (?)

Are the Lego-things in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDDbHzo7IMg&feature=feedu legit, or stolen toys that violate he Wiki's rules?--TOM 13:17, 13 February 2011 (EST)
