Talk:Blazemaster (ROTF)
When we get a main pic for this guy, I demand that the toy caption be moved there and replaced with "ROTFcopter". -- Repowers 15:50, 29 May 2009 (EDT)
- Is it worth mentioning how much this guy's torso, legs, and head resemble Legends Springer?--MCRG Again 19:13, 11 June 2009 (EDT)
- HAH! CALLED IT!--MCRG Again 01:04, 18 September 2009 (EDT)
Parsing
The name was spelled "Blazemaster" without an extra space on the BotCon display card. [1] Recent information that does not qualify as a "source" as far as this Wiki is concerned strongly supports this spelling. I therefore propose moving this page to "Blazemaster (ROTF)", unless the different parsing makes the suffixes in parenthesis superfluous.--Nevermore 19:43, 20 June 2009 (EDT)
- Actually, if the ROTF copter is "Blazemaster" without the space, then we can move this to Blazemaster, and Blaze Master (G1) back to Blaze Master. --ItsWalky 19:47, 20 June 2009 (EDT)
Blades
Which game calls him Blades? I ask because I want to make sure someone isn't just calling him that based on his deco. Chip 09:51, 12 July 2009 (EDT)
- I don't think Blazemaster is Blades, either. In any case, even if Blades in the ROTF game was exactly the same as Blazemaster, we would consider them to be different characters, not the same. --FFN 03:03, 16 July 2009 (EDT)
Altmode
I think he's closer to a Eurocopter SA365 Dauphin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HH-65C_Dolphin.jpg) than a Bell 412. Anacrucis 13:03, 17 August 2010 (EDT)
- I changed Blazemaster's and Tailwhip's pages to reflect Evac's page claiming he was an HH-65 Dolphin- but the Dolphin is essentially just the name the US Coast Guard operates the Dauphin under. Probably Blazemaster and Tailwhip should be identified as Dauphins (and conceivably Cyb Evac should be a Dolphin) since they're a civilian and a foreign police helicopter, respectively.
- As far as the Bell 412 goes, it has an entirely different tail assembly and landing skids versus tricycle gear. There are certain aspects of the side windows on Blazemaster that look more like the Bell's, but it's a minor thing compared to the overall design of the vehicle. -LV 13:28, 30 August 2010 (EDT)
