- Jetstorm is an Autobot Aquaspeeder from the "Generation 1.5" section of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Jetstorm seems to be the stereotypical young and excitable member of the Aquaspeeders, but his eagerness for action and adventure masks a sharp and dangerous cunning - just ask any Decepticon who has encountered the "hair-raising" new defence methods he devises.

- Jetstorm transforms into a red and yellow Peugeot 205 T16 rally car. His hood section is coated in heat-sensitive paint, turning pale on contact with cold water... but with the amount of stickers on him, that not really a good idea. He has a long, water-squirting rifle that becomes his front light rack and rear spoiler in car mode.
- He was only available in various European, Australian and New Zealand markets during the "transitional" period where the toys bore the new Generation 2 faction symbols, but the packaging had not yet gained the new sub-franchise name.
- This mold was also used to make the Color Changer Gobots.

- Jetstorm's decals suggest that he's ready for the Paris-Dakar Rally, one of the world's toughest off-road endurance races.
