Yar, I propose this article be moved to Shortpackery, to better reflect the devilish nature o' the practice. -Derik 09:26, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

WE concur! King Starscream 16:10, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

Why is it shortpacked?

Is it intentional?--Cyberman 03:07, 21 December 2010 (EST)

Examples?

So, we have a heading for Examples, but the last two attempts to add examples (that I can see from a quick browse of the history) have both been reverted. So... do we want examples here, or not? If so, what are the criteria for adding them? If not, should we go ahead and delete the heading? -- Servitor 2152 13:39, 30 May 2011 (EDT)

Your most recent example, RTS Windcharger, isn't shortpacked. He's packed in equal numbers with the other toys in that wave. He's just more sought-after. --ItsWalky 13:43, 30 May 2011 (EDT)
And the previous one (ROTF Skystalker) was quite common around my area when it came out, it didn't seem to be more or less common than others in the same wave. --Khajidha 13:45, 30 May 2011 (EDT)
Yeah, I don't think he was shortpacked either. This isn't just a list of "stuff I couldn't find." --ItsWalky 13:48, 30 May 2011 (EDT)
Really? My mistake. I was under the impression that Windcharger was packed two-to-a-case in a case that was otherwise filled with older figures, which is the definition given here, and which was part of the reason BBTS was charging so much for him. But then, I guess if all those other figures were also two-to-a-case, then technically he wasn't any more shortpacked than they were.... -- Servitor 2152 17:25, 30 May 2011 (EDT)
