• 1967 — Mitsuo Iwata (Japanese voice of Beast Wars Silverbolt and Energon Ironhide) is born.
• 1984 — The Transformers #2: "Power Play!" is released in the U.S. by Marvel Comics.
• 1987 — The Headmasters episode "Rebellion on Planet Beast" premieres in Japan.
• 1990 — Transformers Annual 1991 is released in the U.K. by Marvel Comics.
• 1999 — "Beast Wars Metals: Convoy Great Transformation" is released theatrically in Japan as part of a triple feature of animated films based on Takara properties.

• 2010 — The Animated episode "Blast-Extinguishing Complete!" premieres in Japan.
• 2011 — Final day to enter codes for first of three Lucky Draw figure "Mechtech Campaign" contests on the TakaraTomy Dark of the Moon website, the "A" prize being one of 10 "Tritanium Bumblebee" toys.
