1-2-3 Transformers

1-2-3 Transformers was a toyline intended for preschool-age children, released under the Tonka brand in 2001-2002. The 1-2-3 Transformers had simplistic transformations (involving only three steps) so that small children would be able to transform them, and featured electronic sounds, while Rescue Roy, the largest of the 1-2-3 Transformers, also featured flashing lights. The 1-2-3 Transformers came in only two price points: "Mega" (approximately $15) and "Ultra" (approximately $30), the latter of which had only one item, and it was the first in the series.
Fiction
There was no fiction related to the 1-2-3 Transformers at the time of their release. Many years later, however, The AllSpark Almanac II used Rescue Roy's release date as the identifier for the Go-Bots universe, thus declaring 1-2-3 Transformers and Go-Bots to be part of the same continuity family.
