Jae Lee recycles the artwork for the heads of Bumblebee, Prowl and Optimus Prime he drew for issue 2 of Dreamwave's Transformers/G.I. Joe for issue 6, Prowl even a second time on the subsequent page, albeit this time mirrored. Furthermore, Optimus Prime's head is swiped from Pat Lee's cover for the second printing edition of Generation One (vol. 1) #2. This act of swiping and recycling may have been necessary to speed up the drawing process in order to complete the series in time for publication before being cut off due to Dreamwave's inevitable demise.
