Kōzō Shioya (塩屋浩三 Shioya Kōzō) is a Japanese veteran voice actor born on August 18, 1955 in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is still represented by Aoni Production. He may be best known as Majin Buu in Dragon Ball Z. He played Isamu Amami and Polonaise in GaoGaiGar.

His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.
